About This Project

The community of Torrey Highlands is located in the city of San Diego. Central to all that San Diego has to offer. It lies just West Rancho Penasquitos and East of Carmel Valley. This beautiful community was built in early 2002 continues to grow. It includes residential and retail space along with many beautiful parks and greenbelts.

Torrey Highlands is home to the highly rated Westview High School (Go Wolverines!), which is also a part of the acclaimed Poway Unified school district. Torrey Highlands has some of the best outdoor activities in all of San Diego. Whether you are hiking or biking, there’s something for everyone. There are also many nature preserves just steps away and the finest beaches in all of Southern California are only 10-15 minute drive.

The Torrey Highlands Village Center also hosts 90,000 square feet of community activities and social interaction for all of its residents. This village center is full of retail outlets, restaurants and coffee shops with a residential community, providing the convenience of shopping, dining, and living all in one place. If community is what you are looking for, Torrey Highlands may just be it.

The Homes in Torrey Highlands offer a variety of styles and comforts. The streets are beautiful with lush landscaping which makes it incredibly warm and inviting.
