COMMUNITY VIDEOS

I believe that a big part of my job is to know what is going on in my community. The job of a Real Estate agent has evolved over the years as everyone has access to new listings. We no longer just show houses, we need to be experts on the communities that we live and work in. People want to know what it's like to live in the community and this is my part in showing them what it's like. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Tour of Del Sur & 4s Ranch

Del Sur and 4s Ranch are two planned communities in North County San Diego. They are very popular suburban neighborhoods here in San Diego due to the facts that they are relatively new neighborhoods and have some of the best schools in San Diego in the Poway Unified School District such as Del Norte High School, Del Sur Elementary and Oak Valley Middle School.
